My fuse wont charge at all. i bought a new charger
Make sure that the USB cable is properly plugged in and use the original cable that came with your player.
Computer in Hibernation mode
Make sure the computer isn't entering hibernation or sleep mode while the device is connected. The computer must be ON in order to charge your player.
USB Port 2.0
Make sure the player is connected to a USB 2.0 port (1.1 occasionally causes charging problems).
USB Port location
Try plugging into different USB ports (i.e. USB port in the back of the computer); occasionally the front USB ports have limited power to charge up the device.
Battery
Make sure the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.
Latest firmware
Depending on what Sansa player you have, make sure it's up to date with the latest Firmware.
AC charger (optional)
AC chargers (sold separately) have a 500-1000 milliamp max output, which provides much better charging ability than a USB port. These accessories are available at SanDisk web site.

The connection is automatic. However, you can break the connection by telling the operating system to do so, just as you normally do before detaching the device. On Windows you tell it to stop external device. That will break the connection but continue charging.

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert videos and photos to a form the Sansa can handle.

Mine goes white when I plug it into my computer to charge and then the laptop is closed or the computer hibernates. I simply slide the power switch up to the ON position all the way and hold it there for at least fifteen seconds before releasing it. It then turns off. I allow 5 seconds and it turns on as ususal, no problem. This might not be your problem, but worth a try...

Let's address the first problem. Based on your statement, I could see that the program or software of your MP3 player is already corrupted. Probably due to virus or for some other reasons.
The best thing that you could do is to send the player to the manufacturer and have them re-install the latest software or firmware to your player. It should work again. You need to trust the manufacturer, because they know what's best for your player.
Second, you may download the Windows Media Player 11 or 12 for your Windows 7 for FREE.

I'm new to MP3 players and am having trouble with
right click on the mp3 file...(c drive or sansa) properties/ general here is where you can also name the track.....summary is where you can fully name the track,year,track number,album,genre...your track name can look like this (name of trk - trk # - lp name - artist) or (artist - lp name - trk # - trk name)any way that suits you best....you can also break down in folder like for instance lets call this folder coldplay in this folder we have three lps (coldplay, coldplay live and coldplay again)

How do i unlock my sansa fuse mp3 player
Slide the power switch on the right side of the unit up (toward the screen). The switch has three positions: the normal position in the middle, the up position you temporarily slide it to turn on/off, and the bottom position to lock the unit.
