Tv works good but when it's get power lose cause of moving or power outage I has to be unplugged for a week or so before it powers up again what would cause the tv to do that

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/ http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Sabre 37in multisystem TV has

TV's operate on 110 volts, not 220 volts. You need more than just an adaptor to plug in your TV. You need to use a voltage converter to bring the voltage down to 110 volts. But since you already connected your TV up to 220 volts, damage has already occurred to the sensitive electronic components and you need to get it repaired.

Red light blinking. How to stop it.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. When are you people going to learn. The only way you will get it to work is to find the same remote that come with the tv, That is what happens when you buy unknown brand (Electronics) Not evan a good universal remote will work on them, Stick to a known brand.Like jvc, sony, toshiba,lg,panasonic. Then you won,t have that problem. If the dog ate your remote,Because you for got to (Feed) it.

I would say not both speakes never go at the same time ver very rare. I would say the volume potientmeter is probably gone . You can tell if the speakers are toast by testing the ohms when unplugged Should be either 4 or eight ohms, could be two but they should be the same no matter. If you know how to jump across the amplifier leads try that just momentaryly of course and that is probably the guy. jumper across the digital pot to see if its bad you should get something . Are you sure your mute isnt on ,a stuck button or somerthing on the remote. try a different remote as well ,could be that

I have a 37 inch

First, look at the screen in darkened room to see if you can see any slight glow from the screen, if it does, then the problem can be the T-CON (not getting the 12vdc) or the main logic board not feeding the signals to the T-CON board. if not, next place to check will be the power supply module, make sure it has 24vdc which is required by the backlight inverter to work, the reason for not having 24vdc can be from bad DC filter caps (leaking/bulging top, high ESR) or short circuits in the inverter board which will cause the 24vdc supply to go into shutdown mode, so you may have to disconnect the power cable that feed the inverter board to see if the 24vdc will work without the inverter board hookup, you will need to apply about 3~4 amp of load to the 24vdc to make sure it can handle that. There are fuses on the backlight inverter boards also. So there is some troubleshooting you will have to do to find out the causes of the problem you are having. My Sabre LCD TV

My TV just did this 2 days before Thanksgiving. I just messed with it and fixed it today. Unplug it from the power source for atleast one hour. Plug it back it. Hold the power button til constantly flashes red and green. Wait at least one minute while it continues to flash. Turn it off. Flip the big power source button on the back to off && then on. Then hit the power button on the side, and it should turn on. Worked for mine. Hope it helps.

    What is the sabre tv

The address I've found is: Sabre Electronics, 502 S Main Street, Saint Joseph, TN, 38481, United States Phone (931) 845 4465 I've found two web sites but both give me server not found errors. www.sabreelectronics.com/ and http://sabrece.com/ .

Further research indicates the company filed for bankruptcy which is why the sites above don't work. I can't easily find the date of filing (probably 2007-2008).

I wish that I could be of more help.

    The power switch fails to

Unplugging it from the outlet for about an hour to let it reset itself first, if it still does not work then It may be in the safety shutdown mode due to short circuits in the power supply or in the backlight inverter board, you can try disconnecting the power cables to the backlight inverter board to see if you can get the TV to come back on with sound but no pictures.

My problem is that the tv is locked on channel 2.

I think the TV's trying to tell you it's broken. Take it to the shop you got the TV from. Especially if it still has warranty.
