Make and Model is useful in these questions as many machines share the same known fault. It you are talking about the milk frother steam wand, they always get blocked with scorched, dried milk. You need to soak in a specialized milk enzyme cleaner.

This is a newer coffee pot. But, it CAN be the hose inside the coffee pot. It maybe clogged. It's easy to remove and clean. I would get a pipe cleaner or something to shove thought the pipe. Warm soapy water and a good rinse should do the trick. I feel like it could be this because of the pull of the water in the hose. There's no suction, so it froze. Hope this helps.

if it is no heating water the unit is bad and should be replaced. heating elements do fail, not just on yours.
