try last known good in the menu instead of safe mode other than that you will most likely need the operating system disc to repair or reinstall the system.........if you are lucky you have a backup on the hard drive try hitting the F 10 or F 11 button when you first start to boot up to see if you have a hidden restore on the disk if so it will give you a menu for a restore follow the prompts to repair the computer best to go to a working computer and go to your computers website and look up the manual it has valuable info.

I had a similar problem with a different program a while back. I came across Revo Uninstaller and found it very useful to fix my problem. Try download.com for the free version, see if it helps.

are you installing with the installation cd of the software or updating with the internet files.if with files retry installing with other files.but if with cd clean the cd and check out.many times there are scratches on the cd that makes the problem.

Tell them you lost your serial number. If you have not registered your software they can assist you and give your serial number or the one you had when you registered your software.

If you have a different malware program running, they are conflicting each other.

Try to check if you have install all its components in order to support the program in its operation. Also try to check also the license if it is license and register it or have it activated using the internet connection in order to be able to used the program. Also try to check if the program you installed is supported by your system or does it supports your Operating system.

The first thing I would try personally is to go to the Control Panel--> Add/Remove Programs--> Uninstall it.....Open My Computer--> C:/ (Hard Drive)--> Program Files and look to see if there are still any remaining files related to System Suite 9 if so right click and delete.

After you have done this close all the windows and clean your registry if you already have a registry repair tool use it now or download one free of charge HERE.

Now you will be able to reinstall System Suite 9, any conflicts it was having should be gone. If the problem persists then the problem is with another program and not system suite 9 itself.

Some times if you go to safe mode you can delete items because they're not in use bu the system.

Buy it again if you can't find the license code.

Why are looking for such an old program? No one will be selling it anymore. Its 8 years old. My only suggestion would be maybe EBay

Which accounting package are you using? The Avanquest Computer Utilities doesn't have an accounting section to my knowledge. If you have Quickbooks, go to Banking (in the Menu Bar) and select Make Deposits. There will be a button to see the funds in the Undeposited list. Check each one and select the account into which the deposits are going. Then click Deposit (or whatever the button is for your version). Then Save, if needed.I've used Quickbooks 2009-2012. There have been slight differences between the versions. I hope this helps. Please give more information so that I can double-check the titles/buttons for your accounting software.Cindy Wells (My family business is set up so that I usually enter sales and another person enters the deposits on another day.)
