Do what I did to my friend when she said hers was blocked. I got the fridge out so the outside end of the drain tube was visible and I could get my mouth on the end, Wrapped kitchen roll round it so as not to mess my lips and said to my friend that she should look closely at the hole in the inside of the fridge AND GET AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to it so she could tell me exactly what was going on.

So with her head up to the hole I blew as hard as I could. You can guess what happened... She swore a bit, but she has a good sense of humour and laughed, but she couldn't complain as her fridge drain was clear.

It's a tube - you don't need to undo anything...

Possible reverse cycle solenoid on gas line. You can gently tap this as it may be sticking, elsewise the solenoid coil may be faulty or no power getting to solenoid.

Fans circulate air . Unfortunately they use electric power to do this verses convection causing your electric meter to whirl-up watts on your bill.
Suggest replace your unit with a better quality quiet higher SEER number fridge. Since your fridge runs on and off 24/7/365 the savings should eventually pay for the new unit.

The HC95DA700 capacitor is a start capacitor that is used in conjunction with the relay to get the compressor started. Then the relay takes the start cap out of the circuit and the run cap takes over. It could be any of the three components is bad. I usually change all three to be sure. If that doesn't work the compressor is locked up and, in that case, you have to replace the compressor.

Tip

Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Not Working

After about 1 year of usage, ice dispenser panel stops working. Just unplug and plug back after 1 minute (thinking about reboot of PC). Panel starts blinking about 15 hours (be patient!) though the compressor starts working again. Be patient on blinking!
i guess the control board stuck/hung up something on my case. Good luck!

Make sure both inside and outside fans run and circulate air freely.
Outside fan can clog the condenser radiator coil with lint and dirt. Inside fan evaporator radiator coil can freeze up to solid block of ice having no free air flow.
Maintenance includes inspecting those things, free air flow thru coils.

Possibly evaporator fan motor is not working. Will show cold but as the air is not circulating, wi give these conditions. Call for service.
