First, make sure your computer is running well and fast.
Scan with Malwarebytes, running in safe mode is most effective.
Remove as much from your start up folder as you can. You can use CCleaner to do this easily, or use a program like ashampoo start up tuner (free)
Now i would advise AVG 9 free or Microsoft Security essentials, for your security.

Defragement your local disc.
Right click to your local disc drive and select security and settings.
Select check for errors,by selecting this item it will checking your disc.
Then run your anti virus which you have.
When virus will being installed then scan your hard drive to found malicious program.

If you are not on internet or not connected it will not to allow to run such a anti virus.
Get connected to internet and then re download the item.
Get updated version of kaspersky.

you can get trial version for only one month if you already used that then you can't get it again.you cant get key even you reinstall your antivirus again untill you reinstall your OS.i mean system formatting.

More than likely what has happened is that kaspersky found and removed a piece to spyware or a virus and that broke the IP stack. Get on another computer with internet access and search for a program called winsockxpfix download this to a usb drive and run it on the computer with the internet problems. This program will reset the tcp/ip settings in the computer and then when you restart the pc you should be back online again.

If you lost your serial you should be able to retrive it by this steps:

1. Go to the manufactor's website.
2. If you register your product you should be a to log in to the website.
3. If you forgot your username and password click on forgot link.
4. Answer some security question they requested of you.
5. They will email your username and password or some sites will
e-mail you a temperary password to renew your password.
6. Click on that link in the email, tha you receive.
7, Your serial number should be in your account profile.

This either seems to be a problem with a firewall or a virus itself. Here are the steps

1) Try to see if your firewall is blocking this. Go into Kaspersky and disable the firewall. Also go to Control Panel and check if Windows Firewall is still active. If it is, disable that too ... try again to activate.

2) Download the MalwareBytes anti-malware program on your computer and run a standard scan. If anythig is found, delete it and try again.

what is your operating system (xp/vista) start your pc as Administrator then open hosts file from C:WindowsSystem32driversetc open that as notepad...delete the line showing boxed in the image below....

Antivirus programs are useless these day's they can only protect you from viruses allready know not new ones created and released.Your best bet is to check out a program called deep freeze, a virus comes in new or not and you simply turn off and on your computer and your right back to your original state. you can even delete important registry information and simply turn off and on your computer and all is replaced. save your money antivirus programs simply add more complication's to your life than you need. have a great day.

Make a image of the CD in some other computer using Nero or other CD burning software. Copy it to your computer using a USB pen drive. Install Demon Tools to mount the CD image.

AntiVirus software does not prevent malware or Spyware from infecting your system.

i would suggest scanning your PC with Malware Scanner from www.malwarebytes.com and also SpyBot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download

and you might want to exempt the games folder from being scanned by Kaspersky or AVG as you might get sharing violations where the file being scanned is already in use by the game itself.

Sir firstly you have to open the settings of your kaspersky antivirus , then
You have to go to Category -> Trusted and find the application You want to move to untrusted.
it will be blocked in future.
