What you broke is the bluetooth receiver that is paired with your mouse. You can't replace it on its own, they're a pair. You will have to buy the whole kit again.

I can see from typing that the problem is NOT the Num Lock. The numbers are not replacing the letter UIOJKLM, but are being inserted after letters like B and N.
That means that when you press certain letters the keyboard is sending two codes. That means that the keyboard is faulty.
Contact dynex and have the keyboard replaced.

Your wireless router can be configured to use different "channels." Each channel is a range of frequencies (around 2.4GHz) which is also what your phone uses. By default most wireless routers are usually set to channel #8. Change it to channel 1 or channel 2. Switches in a mouse can go bad, and it sounds like one in yours has. It is possible to replace the bad switch if a suitable part can be found and you can find someone to do the repair. But it's probably cheaper just to buy a replacement mouse. A new mouse would be the best way to go, unless yours is a very high-end or specialty model.
