Dynex Wireless Optical Laptop Mouse DX-PWLMSE Questions & Answers
Trying to add the Dynex wireless remote to my HP Notebook
Right below the scroll button there is an eject button. Push this and slide out the cover. You will find the battery compartment. Insert 2, AAA batteries. Be careful about the polarity. It is marked. Just match the polarity. In between the 2 batteries you will find the receiver unit. Slide this one out. Insert this receiver unit into the USB port of your laptop. Close the battery compartment cover. Turn the mouse upside down. You will find an on/off (on the right side top) switch. switch it to on position. If the mouse is not detected, press the connect button below the on/off switch. Good luck.
I dont know how to install my mouse to my laptop.
You can only connect USB mouse to yout laptop. For USB mouse the driver is not needed. You can just plug in the USB cable of mouse in USB port and go ahead. Windows will install the relevant software automatically. Thanks,Amar
My dynex wireless mouse model
Hi.
There should be a small button on the underneath of the mouse which should say "connect" press that button and also the one on the USB receiver if it has one. Also check if you have put the batteries in the right way round.

My mouse will not stay on even with new batteries
Hello
Your Mouse is defective, they are not repaired just replaced unless it is under a factory warranty. My only suggestion is to buy a major name brand to replace it, Logitech makes very good computer peripherals at a great price and is my personnel choice after many years of using different products. You can purchase a new wireless Mouse on eBay for a very reasonable price over local stores about 1/2 the local price most times. Happy New year.
How do you turn on the mouse?
mcdevito75 here, Make sure everything is hooked up, Turn computer on, Press the button under the mouse, and wait 20 seconds, then presss button on the reciever, then presss button under keyboard. You should be hooked up. Hope this hepls.
My mouse does not works properly/ it works slow,
Are you using it on a mousepad? If not, that is probably why you are getting jumpy and erratic movement. Put a mousepad underneath the mouse and you should see the cursor movement improve.
You can also adjust the mouse properties such as speed and control by going into the Control Panel and opening the Mouse applet.
Do you have the correct Dynex driver installed? If not, go to the Dynex website and download the driver for your mouse. Having the wrong driver (or a generic driver) can make a difference in performance sometimes.
Hope one (or all) of those solutions helps!
