Once you have the camera plugged into the USB port it should install. You should get a windows pop up asking you what to do with it, one choice will be to download (this will bring up step by step instructions). If this does not pop up, double click on Computer, then the drive letter for the camera. There is a folder there called DCIM, double click on it. All your pictures should be in this folder. Select the first phone then scroll to the last photo, hold the shift key down and select the last photo. Now hold the control and C key down to copy. Open a new folder on the C drive and then hold the control and V key down for paste. You have now copied your photos to the computer.Sometimes the DCIM folder is in a different folder (olympus may be that case), if so look for a folder called olympus or something like that, then look for the DCIM folder here.Hope this helps
