Weird issues with tankless water heater
It sounds like you are experiencing some unusual behavior with your tankless water heater. There could be a few different factors contributing to these issues.
One possibility is that the temperature sensing and control system on your tankless water heater is not working properly. This could be caused by a problem with the thermostat or other components of the temperature control system.
Another possibility is that there is an issue with the flow rate of the hot water being delivered to your shower. If the flow rate is too low, the water may not have enough time to heat up properly, resulting in cold water being mixed with hot water.
It's also possible that there is a problem with the plumbing in your house, such as a blockage or a leak, which is causing the water temperature to fluctuate.
To troubleshoot these issues, you may want to start by checking the thermostat and control system on your tankless water heater to make sure it is functioning properly. If the thermostat appears to be working correctly, you may want to try adjusting the flow rate of the hot water to see if that helps stabilize the water temperature. If these steps do not resolve the problem, it may be necessary to call a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Water dripping from the Shower Head of a Mira Elite QT when unit is off
It sounds like you may have a problem with the internal plumbing of your shower unit. The filter at the bottom of the unit may be clogged, or there may be a problem with the valve that controls the flow of water to the shower head.
To troubleshoot this issue, you could try the following steps:
- Check the filter at the bottom of the unit for any debris or clogs. If the filter is dirty, clean it out and see if that helps stop the dripping.
- If the filter is clean, try shutting off the water supply to the shower and then opening the valve that controls the flow of water to the shower head. This will allow any excess water to drain out of the unit.
- If the dripping persists after these steps, it may be necessary to call a plumber to diagnose and fix the problem. It's possible that there is a problem with the internal plumbing of the unit that will require professional repair.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Can you solder the wires for a splice on a oven temperature sensor that has a melted connector?
Yes, it is possible to solder the wires for a splice on a oven temperature sensor that has a melted connector. Soldering is a common method for making electrical connections, and it can be used to repair a melted connector on a oven temperature sensor.
To solder the wires for a splice on a oven temperature sensor, you will need the following tools and materials:
- Soldering iron
- Solder wire
- Wire stripper
- Heat-shrink tubing (optional)
Here is a general outline of the process:
- Gather your tools and materials.
- Cut off the melted connector from the oven temperature sensor.
- Strip the insulation from the ends of the wires.
- Twist the wire strands together to create a solid connection.
- Heat the soldering iron and apply a small amount of solder to the wire connection.
- Allow the solder to cool, and then apply heat-shrink tubing over the connection (optional).
It is important to follow proper safety precautions when soldering, including wearing protective eyewear and working in a well-ventilated area. If you are not comfortable soldering the wires yourself, you may want to seek the assistance of a qualified technician or engineer.
