Probably not! Sounds like something was damaged besides the plug. Clicking could be a tooth on the gear was damaged and now slips. The way I repair or determine what's wrong with locks is to take them off and start by manually operating the strike and then check / test the rest of the lock as I assemble it back to the door. If the gear is damaged, you should be able to see that once the lock is disassembled. Cross your fingers you find some debris in the lock and thats all....

hi : about the stockwell safe ex200----- 2535-EA

if the safe still has charged batteries you can deactivate any sceurity code by access through a small hole on the rear of the safe, if you can get to the rear area of the safe.. You need a long screwdriver to reach to the inside of the front of the door . Their is a reset button on the inside of the door in the lower right corner area( "B" button) on the end - not on the flat face surface of the door but on the vertical face( hing plate). You'll have to feel around and push the screwdriver sideways to push the button will beep . YAHOO- YUH DID IT !!!. Then you can reset your own code.if you need further instructions call me . icq. 33819110 or [email protected]
