can please some1 give me the serial number of autodesk maya 2009 coz I have got the software but it is not opening.

yes, you can, actually you got a capable system to run it, Only install it normally like the desktop installation

what error, or message do you get ?

In maya 2009 box does not appear in select tool

as it totally based on simulation..it get exaggerated when u move your time slidder.
to get a proper result you should simulate it by clicking on play button at right bottom corner.

This should be with your product either on the manual or box. We cannot supply reg keys, Good luck

Check here. But am not sure you whether you can do it with just a key. There is a complicated process for registering it. I recommend to purchase a key. Maya Official Site

i believe what you want to do is take the knee joint and rotate it in the direction you want it to bend, then select the whole leg and go to skeleton>set preferred angle. this makes the default bend to whatever direction you choose.

you probably have soft selection on. go to your tool settling and scroll down until you see soft select, and uncheck it. then you should be able to move individual CVs
