Encore PrintMaster 17 Silver Full Version for PC Questions & Answers
Printmaster 17 won't open projects created in printmaster 11.
printmaster 1 was for windows 98, ver 17 is for XP. it depends where your saved projects are. if they are on CD media then that is READ ONLY and they must first be transferred to a C:\ drive and their ATTRIBUTES for each and every file/folder of the project need to have the Read Only attribute removed. you can do that via CMD.exe eg if your project was inside a folder called c:\myprojects\????? then you would type in ATTRIB/S c:\myprojects\*.* -R then your projects might be valid as they could be UPDATED/Altered by the new version but thats just a guess.

I have windows 10 and I am using Printshop deluxe 6.0. I worked fine since it was purchased Oct 2022, all of a sudden it won't print my projects and I can no longer save them as JPRG
If PrintShop Deluxe 6.0 is no longer printing your projects and you are unable to save them as JPRG after uninstalling and reinstalling the software, there may be a few other things you can try to fix the problem:
- Check the printer settings: Make sure the printer is properly set up and connected to your device. Check the printer settings to ensure that it is set to the correct printer and that the printer is not experiencing any errors or issues.
- Check for updates: Check for updates for the software and the printer driver. Installing any available updates may fix the issue.
- Check for compatibility issues: Make sure that PrintShop Deluxe 6.0 is compatible with your version of Windows 10. If the software is not compatible, it may cause issues with printing and saving projects.
- Repair or reinstall the software: Try repairing or reinstalling the software to see if it fixes the issue. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer or technical support team to properly uninstall and reinstall the software.
If these steps do not help, you may need to contact Encore or a technical support team for further assistance. It is also a good idea to check the documentation or manual that came with the software for any troubleshooting tips or recommendations.

Please clean the discs in + manner. Meaning, take a soft cloth and rub it un-down and sideways and not in circular manner we usually do. Also clean the read/write head of the CD drive. It is the shiny blue dot. try running the discs in your friends computer to make sure they are fine and not damaged.
