Photoshop is not meant for laying out text as you seem to need to do. That is more in the realm of illustrator and InDesign. If you need to do a paragraph of text in PhotoShop, create a text box by selecting the text tool and click and drag to create it. Any character adjustments can be made in the character window.

Licenses don't expire for Adobe products unless you have a dodgy version installed. Start the application up again and a window will pop up asking you for a serial. Input the serial that came with the software when you originally bought it. This is usually found on the dvd casing. After you've entered the key, you should be back in business. :)

Did you buy the program, or simply download the free trial? As a paid program, it would be illegal to simply have someone give you a key. If you have bought the program, instructions for registering the product and finding the key should have been included. If you began using the program as a free trial, you will need to buy the program (listed as $19.95)to continue using it.
