Check the wall outlet with something known to work. Check the plug on the end of the air conditioner as many have a press-button reset.

If it has a dehumidifier built in, check the water doesn't need to be emptied.

Anything more than that, you need a refrigeration engineer to look at it.

I moved your question to the correct category.

you probably have air in the lines. keep trying to relight or maybe open a burner up and let it flow for a minute or two before relighting it

After two years of not being used, it needs servicing. You can't work on it yourself, because you need to be a qualified technician to work on gas appliances.

If the internal magic eye doesn't see a flame it will shut down for safety reasons.
As it isn't starting it could be fuel isn't being sprayed from the spray head or the spark is absent or perhaps the fuel is being sprayed but isn't in the finely atomised spray that burns easily.

Hearing and feeling the blower only proves the motor is running producing a combustion airflow; important but only when there is combustion. I am unfamiliar with the model but usually there is an air pump behind the motor that produces low pressure air to supply the spray head which works like a paint spray gun or carburettor - air is pushed through a venturi and creates a vacuum that sucks fuel from the tank.
It is possible the solid carbon vanes in the pump are stuck or damaged or there is a fuel blockage.

The spark transformer is highly stressed and they sometimes fail.

You will need to remove the cover and check a few things inside...

Yellow flame makes soot or carbon and an excess of poisonous carbon monoxide and whatever is causing it is likely to worsen.

Basically there is too much gas for the amount of air available - a dirty burner will produce yellow flame as will dust, fluff and spider webs blocking the air hole into the mixing chamber. Such stuff can be dragged deep into the mixing chamber so it is best to remove the burner assembly in order to ensure it is completely clean.

This is a easy fix .just locate your flame sensor and clean it out with sand paper. Flame sensor will be opposite side from the ignitor in the burner section with just 1 wire going to it.
Just unscrew it and clean

Is this an electric heat sequencer? Klixon themselves are very confidential with their product information, have you tried going thru the manufacturer?
