The problem actually is probably due to needing lucubration. I would apply graphite lube to any rollers or gears in the user serviceable area. print 100 blank pages to make sure that the lube is spread thoroughly through the printer.

Did you "tell" the machine that you have installed a new drum? You have to confirm that the drum has been replaced, so the unit can reset it's usage counter and work happily.
Go to the link below, it explains the whole procedure, including the confirmation at the end.
Remove the drum again, reinstall same one and confirm as per the instructions.

it is problem of drum recovery blade change it

Please check the power source, check power cable. If you there is power to unit, you should get light on LCD. Please use different outlet, different power cable, and make sure no loose connections, turn it back on, see if you hear noise when start, and light and words on LCD. If still nothing at all, printer main board is defective. Time for the new one. But try above recommendation first and let me know. Thanks

If cleaning the corona wire didn't work, then it maybe indeed that the fuser assembly needs total replacement. However the best thing to do, is use the service manual to troubleshoot your issue. Above are links to obtain the user and service manual.

If you cannot, or do not wish to DIY, then please take the unit into a competent Brother repair agency, and ask for a "Quote" as to costings etc, then go from there once appraised of the cost etc.
