the genuine cart. can solve the problem. also you can replace the toner chip with a fresh chip. as this chip kept the toner use and paper counts etc. so try it.

Dear The developer clean blades must be cleaned. Also the ITB cleaning blade to be cleaned. If the waste toner drive shaft broken. Thanks.

if you fill them your self, like i do, it will say "TONER EMPTY" then it will say STOP.
if you press the right arrow, it will say "CONTINUE" then press ok.
This way you should be able to print using the refilled cartiridges, but every time you open the fuser cover, or the printer gets turned on and off, it will ask you the same quiestion.
if you accidently press STOP, dont worry, just turn it off and turn it on again, and it will ask you it again.

Incase you need toenr powder, refill supermarket supply the powder, if you email them, they will give you a link to the requred toner powder.
it costs about £26 inc shipping uk, to refill the printer.

re install the printer drivers or reset the printer by eject the power and data cable for a one minite

Reinstall software. You do not have to
uninstall the original software, re instalation will roll over it.

your printer papper seting is change the correct size of your papper

First Take out the transfer belt out again and refix and put the connectors properly.Next check the driver settings.Check the toners are present and working by installing a samsung smart panel software.then u print .If the same thing exists. take assistance of service center. it may be HVPS problem.

if you open adobe reader you can make a pdf scan it to the computer then use the two to make a pdf. adobe should walk you through it

my clx3185 get same error #A3-3311,but find ploblem is fuser fuse open and power supply don't give heat power.

Well, eventually I worked it out: The "contacts" are four square fields to the left on on the backside of the cartridge. And it works instantly. (I read somewhere that it needs to be fully transparent tape. The 'blurry' tape leads electricity and doesn't work.)

Dear,First take out the tonersThen take out the waste toner container from the left hand side (usually supports toner cartridge on left hand side)Then pull the imaging unit (Green color drum sensitive to white light and touch of fingers)After this u will find the transfer belt. U need to take carefully out. (there will be a small cable also attached to it).Best Regards

Try changing the left margin size in the page setup. Decrease the left margin size.You could also try printing in Landscape instead of Portrait just to see if it captures the left margin.

click on the taskbar to the logo of your samsung printer, the new picture show the printer click on printer settings then on color management and set the colors to "0" that is all.
