Just change the drum unit, a new pcu will automatically reset the copier.

Check: a - The white board on whether or not this position b - Glass and Optical c - UBS Card - (card may be faulty) d - BICU Card (may be faulty) e - Check the optics and connectors to the cards. Try to reset the system back to the factory state. Here's the procedure:

System Setting Reset The system settings in the UP mode can be reset to their defaults. Use the following procedure.
1. Press User Tools/Counter . 2. Hold down the '#' key and then press System Settings.
3. Press yes when the message prompts you to confirm that you want to reset the system settings. 4. Press exit when the message tells you that the settings have been reset.

There may be a clog in the toner supply unit, if you have a small vacuum made for copiers vacuum the toner supply unit and see if it corrects the problem if not you may need a new toner supply unit. Hope this helps

Ok. Try this procedure:
Press yellow key.
Press 107 on the key pad
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press "copy SP"
Press 5810 on the key pad and press #
Press "execute"
Exit all the way out and turn the machine OFF and ON.
If this do not work i advise you to call a technician to see whats going on with the Fuser Unit.
It could be a faulty Thermistor...

The printer requires that all of its ink cartridges have ink before printing, the color ink cartridges will have to be replaced.

check fuser film
when you see its broken replace anf if theres anoother problem try to seek the code if indeed

The machine have problem with the transfer roller or the motor which drives the transfer is overloaded,
see do the right door is closed good
if this not helped it will need to be checked by a technician.

LOL I think I already gave you a solution try this:

1. Press the clear mode key (yellow key)
2. Use the keypad to enter "107"
3. Old down clear/stop for at least 3 secunds. (red key)
4. Enter the service mode.

5. Exit all the way and turn off.

6. Turn ON

And thats it

First of all check if the doors are well closed.
If everything is well closed you can have several problems:
1º Toner supply defective.
2º TD sensor defective
3º Development unit defective.
If you don't have technical training i advise you to call the provider.

It appened when you take a copy????? If so, you probably hava scanner mirror durty.
Lift up de feeder end you see five screws.
Unscrew them and you have access to the mirrors.

Just wipe gently to avoid moving the mirrors

Hi shiana,
On the right side of your copier is a "box" called the duplex unit.It really is a silly *** box LOL.Now....either it is not firmly latched to the copier .......OR....the metal tab on the main copier is bent so that even if you put the duplex unit firmly in place ........the little switch on the duplex unit is still not :satisfied: And we hate that. I bet ya got it fixed in a jif. take care :-)

This SC-320 code error occurs when polygon mirror motor fails or poor connection between BICU & polygon mirror motor please check first the connector of motor if you feel that the connector is good change the polygon mirroe motor it sits inside the LD unit please call the expert to change the part

first you have to see if it happens when they get to a copy or a print. If it happens in print there is not much to clean, you have to replace worn parts. If it happens only on the copy you have mirrors Sanner dirty. (strip the screws and lifting the glass carefully cleaned the mirrors).

Make sure that there are no paper fragments in the machine. Unplug the machine for 5 minutes to reset it, and then try again.

make sure the top lamp lights when you press the print key if the lamp does not come on check the lamp harnes, the fuse, the lamp and the exposure board replace if either is faulty

You have a Fuser Temperature warm-up error, Hot roller warm-up error.
Verify the heater lamps, thermistor and thermofuse continuity.
Enter in the SP mode, turn OFF the main switch, unplug the machine, wait 10 seconds,
plug in and turn ON the copier.
If you need to reset the fuser, Enter SP 5-810 (SC code reset) and
select "1". Then simultaneously press the Original Type key and the OK (or
R/#) key. (There is no need to turn the main switch off and on.).

On the left of the operation panel you have the dial contrast. Try to adjust that. If doesnt work problably you have a broken LCD
