I have a 3 unit split. I found out that you can not have one unit set to warm and the other to cold. The compressor doesn't understand it. Cycle off on and quickly re mode to Cool . Do it to each unit and you will get it to stay on and then you can adjust. Took a while for me but it did stay on after switching Mode at startup

The condenser pressure sensor may be at fault, also known as the cycling switch

Check for correct voltage to unit short may have burned out breaker .

check your filter if its really dirty it will decrease your air flow
