For no power/response issues, here are the only things that you can try :
Ensure that power cable is still good, or try a known good power cable
Try a known good power socket
I'm sure that the above items have already been tried and problem is still evident - if this is the case then I am highly recommending this monitor to be serviced since only certified/trained technicians can have it repaired.

just connect the power cable to the monitor if you see a test page or any thing on the screen the monitor is ok if not the monitor may be bad , usually monitor has a three year warrenty check it also repairs are usually very expensive on it .

You will need to connect a single HDMI cable from your sound bar to the HDMI ARC or the HDMI eARC port on the Roku T.Make sure that both of the devices are both turned on.When your TV detects the sound bar,it will then automatically initiate the setting up process. Please record the amount of time that it takes until your device goes into sleep mode and set a timer for 5 minutes less than that time everytime you begin to use the lg device. At the points the timer/alarm goes off, you can simply lower/increase the volume and the lg's internal sleep timer should be reset.
