ok for this on user put the user name1)if it doesnt have a password font leave blank type in capital letters NONE and itll work its a glitch

The problem could be possibly due 2-3 reason

A) the plastic locking tab is not closed properly while you inserted the new staple cartridge
B)The staple cartrdge is not fitted properly
C)The Used staple cartridge was not replace properly

To solve this

Remove the cartridge and re-insert it while making sure that after fitting it you lock the lockin tab

Tun off the printer and re-start it
