This error is caused by a counter inside your printer not being correctly reset when the new belt is installed. To fix this problem follow the steps below:

1. Press MENU then #1934
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Tech menu (this is different to the User Mode)
3. Navigate to DataSetup
There are two options from here, either select the CLEAR COUNTS option (the password 1934 works for most users) or select Clear All Memory (this will wipe all of your custom settings so try the other option first).

This could be a bad or loose switch or interlock. This unit may use a photo type of switch and it can fail or become obstructed.

There is a switch that detects the door. It has probably gotten loose and moved out of reach of the door plunger. Look for a small switch near the door opening.

If you are using recycle toner, change

Open the back door.
Removed the door sensor on the right.
Unscrewed the four screw from the Fuser.
Removed the 2 connector on the left while pull out the Fuser.

Remove the paper or paper particles causing the error.

If you are using the feeder for scan, lift up the feeder and just clean the narrow surface on the left with plastic sheet. DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC SHEET!

Unplug!
Uninstall all drivers in USB and CD-ROM!
Restart system..
Start fresh installation.

Just upgrade to the latest available firmware from Samsung.

Think this may mean fuser unit may be faulty .

Most items will reset when you switch off at the mains plug and switch back on again .

This has to be done in service mode. Hold the 1 2 3 button at the same time when the screen change password is 1934 and it is under one tabs . Can't remember which one.
