Follow the instructions below to use your webcam
Click on Start then >Control panel>hardware and sound >device manager>imaging devices>web cam....enable it
Another way is to use a IM application like Yahoo messenger,NetMeeting,etc. They will have video capabilities that will work with your webcam.

insert CD with drivers and reinstall cam driver again,,and thats it.if you cant find cam driver ,just reinstal all drivers .My friend was have that problem and solve wihh reinstalation of drivers.

Check your WEcam settings. Most WEBcam have a setting toinvert and mirror the image

Anyway, meanwhile open the webcam aplication. In options / setting go to Image tab and uncheck FLIP VERTICALLY.

Did it rotate before. Most laptop have built in web cams that are fixed and do not rotate.

Try this webcam technical support guide for help in restoring it. The driver may be corrupted.
