well get the driver from Puppy no PC told at all , making any answer impossible and no wireless card full p/N told. oops dells can have 3 or more card choices new or like mine have modern 801.11ax card here wifi6 and only my intel.com driver worsk the driver is a 3way match. OS, CARD and on laptops more, (more is control buttons working) dell does not block cards at all ,like nasty HP does, dell is bliss. nobody can guess what card you have, Impossible.

not sure too hot means ,fry and egg or just gets warm as all CAN. is the room hot? Using wrong pack, most PCs haVe 3 choices new PC. 3 pack wattages. the gaming PCs grade use the higher wattage pack and runs cooler no full PC model told so no answers possible on this., question go 90watts up. 65 is par. but if gaming or the huge battery is shorted as is common the power pack does overheat. test the PC with no HUGE battery first. old huge batteries also short and catch fire then., id never allow one in my home, only modern new batteries 3 years or newer.

I like that set of errors the beeper makes NOISE sure does, Dells old PC had many codes and even a siren. then screen is dead, NO DELL SPLASH screen no fans. no test errors, no flash LED codes. the Sirensound means worst case error.
