I have a motorola radius gp300. the charger flashes red when charging

It really depends on the charger. Does it do this for your brand-new batteries, or just the batteries that are more than 2 years old and, therefore, need to be replaced? If it's happening to a brand-new battery, then maybe you're trying to use a nickel-cadmium battery charger for lithium-ion batteries or for nickel-metal hydride batteries, and you're dealing with a chemistry problem which requires Ni-CD batteries or which requires a newer charger.

I have a gp300 6 port charger, when charging the red charge light flashes, what does this indicate.

What does the little sticker on the bottom of the charger tell you? It seems to me that a blinking red light means that the battery is so old that it will no longer take a charge and that it's time to replace the battery.

Would like to scan programmed channels

The person who programmed your radio decided if and how the channel scanning would function, and whether or not the person using the radio would be able to program a scan list, and if so, which switches or buttons to use. It was all determined using computer software and by connecting the computer to the radio. Maybe you have a 3-position switch. Maybe by putting the switch in a certain position, you can program the scan list yourself. Maybe when the switch is in the right position, then pressing a side button turns on a green light to indicate that you've just added that channel to your scan list. Pressing the same side button again turns off the green light to indicate that you've just removed that particular channel from the scan list. Do this for all 16 channels, then put the 3-position switch into the scan-on position. Instead of a 3-position switch, the person who programmed your radio may have decided that the 2-position concentric switch would be used for programming your scan list. If you're lucky, then your radio has an LCD display. If so, then select PROG and look for a blinking square symbol to tell you when to program your scan list and look for a letter Z with an arrow on it to tell you that your radio is scanning. On the other hand, the person who programmed your radio with a computer may have decided that you did not need to have and of these options enabled.

Motorola T9500 GMRS radios: reception cuts in and out on both sets. They have fresh alkaline batteries. Another brand of radio that I have confirms they're broadcasting just fine.

Check that your CTCSS or DCS settings are the same on both radio's, or OFF. If they are not the same, you will have a problem communicating with them.

Motorola t5710: radios are set to the same settings and will not talk to each other...Is there a way to reset them to factory or default?

Take the radios back to a very basic setting with all special features turned off. If the radios have a Qt filter check to see it is turned off, and set your Code to zero (off) on both units. Also, check to see your battery is good in both units. Trade the battery with a known good radio to see if the problem moves to the other radio, is a simple test.

TLKR T60 and Amytel AW1010T. Is there any way to pair all four together? (Walkie Talkie)

Amytel and Motorola may not use the same numbers for their frequencies. You need the actual manual for both models and you cross check the actual numbers. Do this for the Codes or Tone section also. This happened a lot in early days of consumer radios and still happens with chinese imports. Best of luck.

My charging base is not charging my motorola T5950 2 way, as no lights come on. what are the numbers 03192-0091835 can i use another drop in base with different number to charge ni-cd battery packs?

You may be able to use a different base to charge the battery but chances are you may not be able to use the base with the phone since the base electronics are matched to those of the original phone and they will not match up.

Do you know the frequency range of the Motorola Handie Talkie Tanapa PMUD1673C?

As a general rule handheld radios will talk up to 2 miles line-of-sight. Anything you place between the two radios will reduce range. Talking from inside a building to outside, you can expect 1/4 to 1/2 mile. This being said, a radio can talk as far as it can see, so if you were on a mountain top, you could conceivably talk many miles into a valley below. Height and placement of your antenna determines range. Holding your antenna upright perpendicular to the earth will give you the best range.
