There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). If you don't want to spend a fortune getting one from the manufacturer get an ALL IN ONE at Walmart (just an example) and program from the manual with the remote package.

sounds like the left side of t-con board is failing and theyre cheap to replace approx 15 quid. or psu which is only about 30. worth fixing if the screen is not cracked or broken

Hi, if its your actual computer that wont turn back on, it could be a simple case of needing charged up. If its your windows that won,t turn on, try reinstalling it. Microsoft will also help you with this problem

These tv use a universal cord which can be picked up for around $4 from any Walmart or Home Depot store.

You cannot get parts for that shipped to you. The screen is too big for the manufacturer to send it to anyplace but a service center. You will have to take it somewhere.
