I have a Hannspree 25"
Most monitors/TV come with a remote. Although the remote offers full funtionality, there are usually basic controls on the set itself. Usually these buttons are present; Menu, Volume up/down, channel up/down, input, and the ever popular ON/OFF.
Depending on the type of connection you have going to your display, you may additionally need audio.
HDMI: No separate audio needed.
Component (Red, Blue, Green) Audio L/R needed.
S-Video (Round 5 pin cable) Audio L/R needed
Composite (Yellow RCA) Audio needed
However you did mention the VOLUME did not work, if it is too high, a setting in the TV's menu to select a different output. either STATIC (ONE LEVEL, the you can not adjust), or DYNAMIC, one that you can adjust.
Check the Menu options ofr your audio.
Good luck and don't forget to vote!!!!

Hey,
Just got teli and am
Check your tv settings. Go to menu, then find the tuner option.
Make sure your tv is set to CATV if you have cable or dish or the sort.
If you are just using regular tv, then make sure it is set to AIR
After you have those settings corrected, next in the menu, find the "autoprogram" option and select it. Let it run completely through. It will add all available channels into your tv.

Faulty on and off power switch
You can replace the switch board with a used one, is fairly easy, Remove back panel, you will see a small thin board the buttons on, disconnect the cable and screw to remove. Note if you can not turn on with a remote you have a much more serious issue.
You can get a used switch/led board shipped for less then $20 check

or E-bay

Loud humming noise from new hdtv
hello, the speakers are fualty or have a shorted connection if they came with the tv contac your seller and arrange for a replacement imediately dont wait. since they are giving you feedback dont use them they may cuase other fualts in your tv, any component thats cuases hum or noise when pluged into the tv should not be used at all.
one important thing is to have a grounded plug this also may cuase fualts down the line,
if posible get a power line conditioner or ups (uniteruptable power supply)
flat panels are very over protective you dont want the tv to start blinking. since flat panels have built in protection circuts any slight short or fualt may cuase the wide screen to go into circut shutdown mode and this will cost you more if the speakers create a short in your audio circut it may damage your widescreen internal boards and cuase a system shutdown circut (red light flashing no picture)
contac your sellers site let them know your speaker are cuasing a loud hum
and that you will need the speakers replaced these are definitely fualty
if you dont have any coverage or you got the set as is then dont take any chances use other speakers.
if you are electronically inclined you can open these up and find out whats wrong with them internaly it may be a loose connection, since opening up the equipment may void your warantee contac the store first see what they say..
good luck happy holidays

Where is the Google on the Matertech?
It appears that there could be miscommunication. As of my previous update in January 2022, Matertech doesn't seem to be a commonly known term or corporation. On the other hand, if you're talking about "Google," it's a well-known worldwide technological corporation that specializes in internet-related services and goods, such as search engines, cloud computing, online advertising technologies, software, and hardware.
Google's official website or an internet search utilizing one of the search engines like Google itself are usually the easiest ways to get information about Google. If "Matertech" relates to a particular thing or idea, further information could be helpful in order to provide a more precise answer.
