HI, I HAVE I-MATE JAMA 101 & I WANT TO USE MP3 TONE AS MY RING TONE & TEXT MESSAGE TONE.

i-mate JAMA 101 dont have wifi module so u cant use wifi.

Just download the drivers from the Website of the phone.
and then install it again.
well if u use win7 then u dont even need cd. its plug and play.

To use WIFI on your phone, go to settings and connectivity, go to WIFI, enable it and join your network and start the browser to start surfing the web!

First try to Soft reset the Phone anf if doesnt wotk try Hard reset and if it still doesnt try upgrading the software, and if it still doesnt work you have to take it to service center..

The procedure for the above said thigs are said below:

For soft reset, just insert the stylus in the hole on the bottom left

For Hard reset,Try to remove the battery and keep it off for some 20-40 minutes, to let the device hard reset. Then, insert it again. At the initial phase, the device should spend some minutes installing some pre-loaded applications. You will see messages flashing in the screen. Do not turn it off at this time.

The procedure is simple..
.
1. Format a memory card (micro sd) using FAT 16, use a card of 512 mb or less and atleast 64 mb since JAMA duznt support 1 Gb cards....
2. Extract the contents of the above mentioned rom to the memory card
3. Remove the simcard, insert the memory card back and then insert the battery
4. It will automatically upgrade, it will take sometime so relax
MAKE SURE TO BACKUP ANY IMPORTANT DATA!

TRY HARD RESET

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clear->1234->ok

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

the 3rd option really worked for me

This is the ultimate solution that has worked for me couple for times. And it will work for everyone who would face this problem

Even after this if you face this problem, thow your phone:P

Remove the battery.
Simultaneously hold volume "down" - button and Red hangup button.
While still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the LED to go out.
Release keys, remove battery and insert it back, and device will hard reset.
