I have a Samsung Ace SPH-i325 of Sprint networks.
The problem with updating firmware on mobile phones is usually the risk of the firmware installation stopping halfway either due to battery failure or general system failure. The present state in which your phone is has gotten all the system files deleted and therefore no download can be done to remedy this situation. The only solution is to send your device in for flashing. Flashing is the process of installing a fresh firmware on the device via the use of a PC. Usually you need an operating system/firmware disc to do this and certain programs which help with this and special flashing cables. Just send the phone to the nearest phone repair shop and they will get it flashed for you.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
When i turn on phone
there are two options first problem happens if the sim card is not detected, eg terminal is broken or action is less, second phone is in airplane mode, you can select airplane mode once again from menu and you should have a network.
press power button slowly to toggle between profile, general, airplane, silent etc

How to send pictures
You have to send pictures through the Sprint Picture Mail website using the browser on the Ace. Sprint disabled MMS (multimedia messaging) on their smartphones running Windows Mobile. No idea why they did that though.
