1.) Set the t.v. face down on a flat, but soft or cushioned surface as not to damage the screen. As you face it down, remember to position the t.v. so the stand is sticking out over the edge of the surface you are placing it on.2.) There should be four screws on the back of the t.v. set near the stand. Remove them.3.) Once you remove the four screws, you should be able to pull the pedestal stand away from the t.v. set by sliding it out of its holder.Hope this helps!

5 volts is usually for the main board that controls everything--but if missing that is your problem---I would check to both sides of the source for a short to ground (output first).

This is a case to be handled by a qualified service technician.

It sounds that the main system memory IC has got damaged. This is a very small IC have only 8 solder terminals. Even though it is very small and cheap to buy, function of it in the circuit is great.Just download the user manual to your TV from here, and check all initial settings. Refer to manual and do it. Unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and pulg it in after 5 minutes or so. This will make a hard rest to your TV. If there is no other fault, this must make your TV right. If not, seek tech support.

what is the issue with your TV?

panel is defective.

HelloCheck your TV for other inputs, ie, AV, antenna etc. If these inputs are working fine, and only HDMI has the trouble, check the HDMI cable. Reset the TV to its original factory settings according to its manual says. Check these and inform me if you fails to get the HDMI input. OK.

there should be a picture size on your toshiba remote. Click on it and go to natural mode or any other mode. Play around with it to see which you like best. Hope this helps, good luck.
