Computer freezes after bios screen on every restart.
One thing you could check is what order your computer is booting from. CD drive hard drive then other. Should be hard drive first. Go into the bios to do that. If you hold the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds the machine should physically shut down rather than unplugg. The unplug thing sounds like its in the power settings. But I've never heard of power settings being connected to bootup except for a password. Anyway a wild guess is check the bios bootup order.

How do i replace the keyboard
1) Buy a new keyboard
2a) Go to a service center and let them do it
2b) follow instructions from here:

It's a manual for the wireless card removal, but should work for the keyboard as well.

How to play a DVD on Toshiba Satellite Pro C850
If you know the DVD and the DVD drive is in proper working order, it could mean that the software you are running just may have some problems. Try downloading a copy of VLC (VideoLan Client) this application is free and open source (and no it's not something I created and am just trying to get people to use...it's just something that works great, and completely free) VLC can play almost any video file or DVD that it encounters. If VLC can't play it, I would think it's likely there may be something with your disk or your DVD drive.

Unlock Region Code
If you want
to play DVDs from any region you maybe able to upgrade the firmware to make it
region free BUT if you make a mistake or installed the wrong firmware the
player will be a piece of junk.
The best solution to make the player region free is to install a piece of
software (Passkey for DVD) that allows you to play DVDs from any region and
Passkey for Blu-ray that allows you to play Blu-rays from any region.
There are
several available on the Internet but my favourite is DVD-Region Free

My computer does not connect to wifi and only show
Hello,
Do you have a wifi card in the computer? It is a hardware part that you need so that the computer can connect to the wifi. If you have that but can't find it in the operating system. I suggest that you either install or update the driver for it.
You can use
RadarSync to scan your computer for the available updates of your wifi driver. Make sure that you connect to the internet first using your ethernet so that it will detect the available driver updates somewhere in the databases of the manufacturer.
