Need more info... The phone could have a bad boot file, you could try and flash it or if you have a warranty, take it in for repair.

the way to fix this problem is quite simple on th right side of the phone between the volume key and the play key the top ridge try and jam a small splint of wood inbetween the ridge this raises your screen by a tiny margin but trust me it really does work
