Press the S2 button (middle button below the screen) and rotate the jog dial to increase the ring volume. You may have it set on zero (silent)

If all you're looking to do is change Laura's message, walk over to her phone and dial 165 on the intercom. Log into the voice mail where she gets her messages and try different options, like maybe 5 2 or 5 1 to change the greeting?

It will play the existing greeting, let you press 1 to change it. As soon as you finish speaking, press 1 to stop recording and 2 to accept it and it's changed.

Press program 996 to find extension numbers

Guessing you mean add or change extension numbers under the buttons, since you don't "add" or change extension numbers on the phone. From your set, press program dial 99 and the button you want to program. then , dial 1+ ext number and press STORE. Do that for all the buttons you want to change then pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming.

If there is no message and you just want to clear the light, press the message button on the bottom panel of the phone and then the button at the top under the display screen that lines up with "clear". That will turn off the message light.

Are the the two lines each plugged in a separate CO Line port?

What phone system are using? and how are you paging?

LOL Guessing you have turned BGM (background music) on. Without picking up the handset, press "1". Voila! No music.

Start by pressing PROGRAM 99 on the phone and press the line buttons one a t a time. It will tell you what CO(central office) line is assigned to the button.They should be in sequence 1,2,3,4 etc. If they don't, dial 0 + 0x STORE to program it and make it work.Carl
