I doubt you ever will, it was designed for Windows XP for one thing, even Windows 7 people had problems getting it to work, not certain they ever did!

Good question. If you try entering a serial number from someone else's copy, they both stop working. You might try contacting Adobe to see if you can purchase a new serial number.
