Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234)

Microsoft has abandoned support for XP. Given how buggy and vulnerable to attack it is, you would be far better off installing W8.1 or even W7, for which you will have to pay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Windows-8-1-Retail-License-Media-1-PC-s-Full-Version-for-Wi-/122161873133?hash=item1c716a40ed:g:RNgAAOSwzaJX8DKz If you insist on XP you can get a disc for about US$30 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Windows-XP-Professional-with-SP3-update-full-install-CD-license-key-drive-RAM-/291843419749?hash=item43f3392e65:g:McIAAOSwdzVXnOyX I'd advise against downloading it as there is a real risk of installing malware buried deep in the system. .

Critical error! Windows can't

Try deleting all files within the following locations: (In Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) click "Tools" and select "Folder Options" then choose "Show hidden files" and take the tick out of "Hide protected system files")

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temp

This is the action of some form of malware, masquerading as Windows Security Center. It roots itself in the current user's temporary data folders and as far as I know, doesn't affect all users.
It is also a hidden process but as far as I know, doesn't execute any particularly malicious code, just a really annoying notification (which you'll notice changes).

Critical error problem. I'm

This means that the files you are trying to delete are used by the windows or by another program ....restart the computer and if it does the same it means the files are protected..and the only way you can delete them is by formatting the area..If you do not want the recovery partition ..just make a boot-able cd ..and save all files in an external location ...and format all hard disk when you install the operation system ...When you get to the previous installations ..just esc to see he partitions ..and delete them one by one until you have all hard disk with un-partitioned space ...and create partitions again and install the OS ..
or ...to rearrange the partitions ..try the control panel ...administrative tools/and computer management ..under the storage ..Here you can right click on any partition and format it or delete ..except the one with the operation system on ..

Have you tried navigating past your homepage? I would open your browser and change your homepage. Your browser could have been hijacked and something changed within the browser itself. Start by trying to go to another page, see if anything loads. I will attach a link to download a spyware cleanup software called Malwarebytes, it's free, run that and restart. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see an option to download and an option to buy, click on download that is the free version. Windows 7. How do I remove administrator password?

From the Start Menu, User Accounts: "Remove your password" - is that what you meant?.. If you'd like a more *advanced* version of this, you can right-click on the "Computer" icon (which CAN be present on the Desktop) and select "Manage" from the menu... Then, go to: "Local Users and Groups". You can use the "Windows key" + "R" to open up the Run... box and type in: "lusrmgr.msc" (without the quotes) to access "Local Users and Groups" directly, btw. administrator-pass-word-windows-7-txgyz3ubhmw5e4elalogaufr-4-0.png

Xp solutions

As soon as you start your computer, begin to repeatedly tap the F8 key until the startup menu appears. It may beep at you, ignore that and keep tapping until you have a black screen with several choices. You have a set amount of time to choose safe mode before the computer automatically does a regular startup. Tap your up or down arrow and that will stop the countdown. I recommend you Choose boot into safe mode with networking. You should from there be able to navigate and perhaps figure out why it is failing. If all else fails, restore the computer to factory settings after backing up anything you might have on it. Could be it was for sale because it won't function consistently.
