If the software for Norton Symantec has disappeared, then you need to go to their website on the itnernet and reinstall it. If the software is still on your pc, but Norton anti virus isn't working - then thats a different issue.

Then click on help and contact Nortons customer service department to tell them that you are a subscriber and your services have disappeared. They will have you verify your account info or your subscription from that letter, and then they will send you a link via email or provide you with the web address of a website to go to and download the software and activate your subscription to turn the services back on.

I see that you are using an older version of Norton Internet Security. I suggest you to update your program to the latest version. You can download the installation file from the link www.norton.com/nis11 and follow the onscreen simple instructions. I am sure that upgrading to the latest version will fix your Live Update issue. Where did you purchase it from? Try to use a Norton Uninstaller to get rid of your old norton.
Make sure it is gone completely.. If you are still having problems with your Key
definately give the support desk a call

After installing i can not access symantec.com . I
remove norton antivirus from ur system completly means also go to run write regedit and serch symantec and delete any value you find...also go to users in c drive and delete any name symantec and restart your pc....and install it again it will 100% work....i think u did not remove it completely and try to reinstall the norton....hope solves the problem
Norton sercurity is not responding
You can easily disable firewalls in your computer however what I would suggest doing first is ensuring firewall is turned off for windows, If using XP: Go to Start/Control panel/Firewall and choose off Not Recommended
For Vista/Win7 Go to Start/Control Panel/System and Security/Windows Firewall/To the left hand side Turn Windows Firewall On or Off turn off.

if you have cracked version of norton
then you will not get the latest virus definitions and updates
