Try to boot/run your PC to safemode for to uninstall the software.

same problem. no picture comin up on tv as well. i dont knw what it is. someone help please!

try unistalling then reinstalling the camera drivers.

if u r using windows 7 the media files will work by it self...other wise go to www.filehippo.com and download vlc media player...then download from cam coder and run it in vlc it will work...

Ask the company you bought it from to find your serial number for you again, and try that!

type "msconfig"
enter
click on startup tab
and disable all
restart ur pc and run ur tv program again

Download from Arcsoft the "BD Assistant"and it will tell you where your system is failing the HDCP check.

I had an issue with the LogMeIn mirror driver showing up as my graphics card. When I uninstalled it, my HDCP status was good again. The funny thing is LogMeIn and TMT3 run fine together but only under certain circumstances changing multiple monitors do you get this conflict.

may be the software you are using is a demo version.so uninstall it and install the full version

Use add/hardware wizard to install. Make sure you download the latest drivers for your device and then install and restart pc. You can also go to my computer, performance & maintenance, and then device manager, to see if your device is enabled and drivers update.
