My son has a year old Vtech laptop and I can no longer get sound from it. Have replaced batteries but that has not solved the problem. Can anyone help?

On your remote there should be an INPUT button, hook up your toy put your TV on channel 3 or 4 and hit the input button normally it is on input#2 or 3. this should get you fixed up..-Lance
