Hi, I had this same problem but its my bottom rotor that wont throttle up. Before you bind put the throttle in full. After it binds return the throttle to min. and its ready to go. I hope this helps, although its not a fix. It a cheap one $$$.

Hi, well I indeed love my Chopper, and have had a few problems with it too...Usually though it has been connections, or the battery, or a jammed motor/servo/gears... I haven't yet found an actual faulty electronics, per sa.
So what you need to do is inspect ALL plugs clips switches & joints, if any are suspect, or the wires broken off then simply resolder, or even tightly wrap the wire around the terminal in a pinch.
See if you can swap over the servos/motors over to see if the motor/servo is faulty? If you swap and the problem "Follows" then that servo/motor is the faulty one.
basically the receiver sees the data stream that tells the servos what to do and how long to do it for.. So it can only be one of a few things to work through.

You may have to "bind" the receiver to the transmitter again. See the instructions that came with the transmitter on how to do this. If this not the problem the hobby shop is obliged to make sure it works so take it back before it get damaged.

Is the lower shaft blade not rotating.. and making flimsy noise....and olnly the upper rotor blades rotate and it does not fly even at full throttle...
If above is the problem, then check the corresponding motor gear, if you could see, white shades over the black, plastic body, then the chances of that gear, might have been worn out.. if it is the same, then replace the gear, it should work......
