Power up the safe (3 x AA battery); Remove the batteries, then press any key on the keypad; Replace the batteries & the safe makes a creaking sound; Factory default open code of 0000 has now been set; Enter 0000 on the keypad then turn knob counter-clockwise & pull door open.

Call the company.

Remove & reinsert the batteries to reset to factory default PIN 1234.

My Zillions Jr. ATM only has a 3 digit pin. I have tried the "default" which I've determined via internet is supposed to be 1234, but it is wrong. Any 3-digit guesses, besides the obvious 123? That doesn't work either.

im trying to figure that same thing out...

while the atm card is out of the machine press the middle button and you will see the little alarm icon disappear and reappear when pressed again. Not sure how to change the alarm time though.

I can not open the jar. How do you take the lid off?

after you hit the reset button hit 1234 enter that should be right..

I had one a while ago and I remember that you had to stick inthe card and open the safe and while it was open, you had to put in the new code and that should work. p.s. does he use a pink one or was that the only picture you could find? I lost my card and got paper stuck in it so we sold mine. I triked my grandpa into putting $5 into mine.
