I have purchased ER203 6 Years back now its not working i found battery end life, can i use this battery AA 1.2V 1300mAH for this trimmer, can i charge above battery as it is like ER203, Please suggest

If the spring on the blade has come out, the blade has to be broken. The manufacturing process for this type of blade makes it impossible to take it apart without breaking the plastic that holds the spring. There is simply no way to effectively repair the blade.
You will need to replace the blade or the entire unit.
