If you really don't know the pass code and the password for your apple ID, the only thins you can try is to bring it in an Apple store and after you proved (with an invoice) the phone is yours, they could help. Remember, Apple tries to protect your phone from being stolen, by improving the security level. You don't need to use the lock screen in the first place, but then you can't complain when loosing the phone it is used by someone else.

did you get a solution to this as i am having the same problem

Try press and hold power button till it turns off and then turn on while holding home and power for 10 seconds and then release power button only and hold home still for 30 seconds. It should put phone in DFU recovery mode and then iTunes should see it. Once it does, re-install latest OS.

Hi, Please check the steps given below
1) Connect iPhone to your computer, Iphone should display an image or message on the display, Please check the iphone display
2) Check what operating system are you using on computer, iPhone requires a specific minimum version of iTunes. Windos should meet the minimum system requirement to use itune and iphone
3) Check if the computers Drivers and upto date
4) Check usb connection by swaping with other device like pen drive etc
5) Restart your computer

Try going into Settings/general/reset and reset network settings.

This seemed to work for me;
1.) Reset the phones network settings
2.) Reboot the phone
3.) Put the phone in airplane mode
4.) Reboot the phone
5.) Take the phone out of airplane mode
6.) reboot the phone.
I read this on another website, and it seemed to work for me.
To reboot the iphone hold down the sleep/wake button, and the home button at the same time for 6 seconds (until the apple logo appears).
