Try your SIM card in another phone. If it still doesn't work then you need a new SIM card. If the SIM card works then try cleaning your contacts by rubbing them lightly with a clean pencil eraser. Ensure all your contact pins are straight and in a uniform position.

please use a compatible sim card. Your phone only works with a sim card that it programmed to accept and work with. these sim cards differ by your country's telecom networks
Phone Not recognizing sim
It will only get worse, they are not designed to survive any liquid exposure whatsoever, transfer/backup your data ASAP, and if you purchased the phone insurance this is covered. If it works after being somewhat submerged they usually get between 1 week to 2 months. I used to wrok for the insurance company, I have seen the data on this. Terribly sorry to bear this news but moving forward have a nice day.
Htc tilt touch screen isn
This could be one of (at least) two things.
Screens have a digitizer built in. Your digitizer could have blown out, or your connector could be loose/corroded/moist.
Fixing any or all of these involves opening your mobile. Have it serviced. If you do it yourself, you WILL violate your warranty, guaranteed.
If they determine that the screen/digitizer unit is nonfunctional, do not let them sell you one! Order one off of eBay, from Hong Kong or wherever, which'll run you around $26 to $30 U$Dollars. AT&T or a service place charge like $200.00 for the same item!
