When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone.
They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone.
Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in this phone or sign up with another phone provider using this phone.

i've incountered your problem when i bought a car charger..the reason i know is that on the car charger itself. The car charger hava electronic parts inside on it to make the power of car battery will be stepped down into the power needed by your fon batterry..so,if these electronic parts particularly capacitors are not filtered to much the power which distributes to your fon battery.then you can hear unwanted noisy sounds to your fon everytime you are going to charge. So,if you can bring it to an electronic technician for check-up,go on.But if you have the knowledge to do it,then go on and investigate the possible defects i told you..

puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / specific, if you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.

The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.

The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.

if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new sim card.

also entering the puk code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.

There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. Theres no other solution.

You have to contact the phone service provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.

Can't help you even if you paid.

usually in this case, the phone is stolen or picked up and the original owner of the phone canceled their account so whoever has the phone now cannot use it.

or the sim card and phone are incompatible with each other. (ex. at&t phone with t-mobile sim card, or vice versa) they just wont work with eachother.

You may have to call TMobile Customer Service to get it to work. I had to do that with Tracfone.

You should check if your simcard is active first.
If it isn't, get a new one.
If it IS active, your phone has been blacklisted/barred.
You can either get a new phone, or have your phone's IMEI number changed, but you should note that IMEI change is ILLEGAL in most countries.

Have a nice day.

Start by taking the battery out and putting it back in.
While you're in the battery compartment, look for a little round sticker.  If it's red or has little red Xs on it, then your phone got wet.

Take it to your cell store. They should have software that will allow them to see the lock code. If they don't you will most likely have to refurb "erase the phone" Which customer service can talk you through. Good Luck.
