Not knowing which photo frame you have, we can offer no advice. Are there no instructions in the manual ?

Are you perhaps taking the photos with a phone camera... that's "upside down"?

Look under the couch cushion on the front porch, if it is not there then I would be suspicious of the neighbors.

Presumably you are indicating you require a replacement. Either look on eBay, or contact the manufacturer. Fixya does not sell spares.

You probably have to have the images in the correct orientation prior to loading them.

Since you haven't told us which particular picture frame you possess, this is pretty much guesswork, but if you try the Folder option it may give you access to the USB stick.

Buy some new instant film. The one in the camera probably got veiled by being exposed to x-rays.

Depends whether you have overwritten the original storage media.

Do you have a heavy lens on the camera body? You might have to compensate for tilt by adjusting tripod. Heavier duty tripod might help.

You need to edit them for the correct orientation on your computer, before you download them - there is no capability in the frame to retain the data.

Contact the mfr's spares and service site.

Two possible causes spring to mind : 1) You may not have undone the release sufficiently for it to move freely 2) There may be grit or other foreign matter trapped in the bearing. If you can take it apart, you should be able to clean the contact surfaces and re-lubricate it before re-assembly.

If there is no way of adjusting the brightness, then unfortunately it is beyond economic repair.

This is a Sears make for the Ricoh model of a similar name. The manual at http://www.butkus.org/chinon/ricoh/ksx-p/ksx-p.htm has a battery grip. The battery grip has two contacts that provide power to the body by two contacts. If these contacts are rusted, as the camera is from the late 70's, both sides need to be cleaned or the electronic shutter won't work. So if you do not have the small grip where 3 AAA batteries fit. You are missing the battery grip. Finding one would be impossible, you would have to find an identical camera just to get that grip.

Some Laptops have the ability to automatically rotate pictures based on certain criteria. Being as you now know the pictures are sideways, simply rotate them in most any graphics program, and save them with a different name. (I usually use something like HPIM2345.JPG and the new name would be HPIM2345a.JPG. I do this so I still have the original in case something goes wrong. I go through the whole batch from my camera or phone, rotate as necessary, and once I am sure they are OK then I delete the original.
