Is AGA somehow connected to combi boiler
Some combi boilers have a 'Keep Warm' function. Check to see if your combi has this feature. This is a function where the system preheats an amount of hot water to provide instant hot water when you turn on the tap/faucet. To do this the combi will start up when it detects the stored water is below a certain temperature to reheat it ready for use. This can be turned off if you prefer not to use it.

Code will say 000 - should be 1000
Press right key once change first digit to 1
Press right key again
Will be on C1 in top right hand corner
Scroll through C pages till A1
Two A1 pages looking for one that says de..utch
Click right key once and change to d.. English

I have a Navien tankless water heater and it's set
On my NPE-210S you need to switch dipswitch #4 to the "on" position, or up on mine. Dip switches are found behind the main panel on the control board. you'll have to also open up the plastic case housing the control board. 4 screws for the main panel and 4 screws for the control board housing.
