You have a gas lick or the igniter rods are too fare apart . You have 3 needles on the top of burner.The one in the meddle is the ION sensor . The two on the ends (the one's bent at 45 degree on the end!) are the ignition rods. Also check if you have spark at both rods and if the thick black wire are securely connected .If you have more questions about it you can go to their webpage and contact them with a email.
