The battery charger shows no light.

Plugged in and no light (with or without the battery inserted) tells you that the charger is bad and you will need a new one. Contact ITW Paslode or Fastener's Inc to purchase replacement.

I am using senco gas in a paslode 2nd fixing nail gun. Is the senco gas 'bad for' my gun in any way as i am having a few firing problems

You can use most gases in your gun, but paslode is the best that's why its more expensive. Try warming the gases in your pocket that sometimes helps.

Why doesnt my nail gun, straight nail finisher wont fire?

I need to have a little more information. Is the green light flashing on the handle? Does the fan run when you depress the nose? The most common problem we see with these is bad / expired fuel - be sure to check the date stamped on the bottom of the fuel cell. One other basic thing to check: Bent lower probe - these are very prone to bending & that will prevent it from traveling fully and making the head switch inside. If you still have problems please post more information about what the tool does / doesn't do and I'll talk you through troubleshooting.

Paslode finish nailer fan has problems starting and the light goes from green to red then it wont do anything?

It will probably be the head switch assembly. Top Gun still sell the parts or you could try ebay which would be the cheaper option.

Fire blade pasload pin gun doesn't punch the nail in

I'm assuming you've adjusted the depth gauge and this has had no affect? If so you need to do a full service before anything else. That's replacing both upper and lower o rings and give it a good clean. It sounds like your losing compression.

GUN FIRES BUT NAIL DOESN'T COME OUT

I am assuming the driver travels down but misses the nail, if so the end of the driver pin may be worn, a quick fix is to touch the end of the driver on a grinding wheel to reface it, ensure you remove the least amount of material possible to maintain the driver length, if this doesn't fix the problem you may need to replace the front plate

Have a Paslode IM250 regularly serviced. It has

I would look at the head switch - this is located inside the tool just blow the trigger switch in the handle. There is a slide switch with a spring that actually makes the switch - make sure this is not broken and is in the correct position. Also, check the fan connector in the head, I have seen these loosen up and back out. If these don't solve the problem, I would suggest your problem is the molded circuit assy that contains the trigger switch and the head switch.

Battry charged but red light on gun still flashes on im 250

The red light flashing on the gun means that the battery does not have enough voltage to operate the tool. Try another battery and if it still flashes red you need to replace the spark unit

The trigger doesn't engaged. New cell, battery charged, fan works, full of nails, nothing jams.

First thing is to check date on the bottom of fuel cell. Make sure fuel cell is before that date. Now when you depress the safety and the fan comes on listen very closly at the top of the tool. If you hear a snap. Problem is solved. The plug wire is shorting to the head and is not getting into the chamber to fire the tool. Some times if you turn the lights out you can see were it is shorting. Many times it is were the wire goes on to the plug. If this is the case a little dilectric grease will take care of the problem.I remove the plug wire (you will need to remove the four cap screws on top) put the grease around the spark plug and reinstall my wire. reassemble and test. Good luck

Passlode im250ii

Not much information to go on. first thing to check is the date on the fuel cell. On the bottom of the fuel cell you will find a use before this date. fuel goes bad. next is tomake sure the battery is fully charged (light on tool should be green when you put battery in). With fastners in tool depress on wood. Now you should hear the fan start. Pull trigger and it should fire. If t doesn't, make sure there is not a jambed nail. Open quick release on front of tool. Remove jambed nail push driver back inside tool with small screw driver. Try to fire tool again, you may have to lift the tool again off the wood and press back down. when doing this you are putting fuel in the chamber and you might have to do it more than once. Hope this helps. please give more information if it des not. Good luck

Were do u get a paslode driver blade

Locate the part number online by searching for the tool's model number "parts list" Once you have that information you can visit you local Fastenal and they can order it for you. Paslode will not sell directly to the public on spare parts. They will point you in the direction of a service center. I only know of two: Fastenal and Fasteners Inc.
