I believe that this problem can be solved by entering the Setup bios as the computer starts. On the first page text at the top of the screen should give the motherboard model and version. Below that is a listing for the installed memory. Setup can usually be accessed by pressing Del or F1 key as computer starts. If you can give me the motherboard model name and numbers it would be more specific, Thank you.

Try hooking another keyboard to the computer and see if you have the same problems.. If it works fine then replace the keyboard.

Check all power cables going into the DVD drive plus the IDE cable slot(next to the 4 pin power connector, at the rear of the drive). Assemble everything together and power down. After 3 min switch it on. It should be working now...........sodeep

USB 2 and 3 are the data speed capability of the interface it is possible to connect a USB3 flashdrive into a usb2 socket all that will happen is the files will transfer slower than on a usb3 socket. Hope this was helpful.

Your machine is very short of power required for win 10, I would like to see at least 8 GB ram, and a faster processor, yours is at the bottom of tests. Perhaps you should look at a new machine with win 10 installed. You cannot upgrade xp to win 10. You will have to purchase a win 10 license, you missed the free upgrade period.

yes you can. Win 7 win8 win 8.1 are no supported by Microsoft, only win 10.
