I am having the same problem I wonder how to tell if my salt water system is working. My ph is good but I still have no chlorine or copper

It might mean you need to clean out the filter or the chlorinator cell. I hope this helps.

I installed a new Intex ECO 8110 unit on my 15' above ground, steel sided pool. After about 10 hours of use I had the "code 92' high salt alert that shut the system down. I knew that my salinity wasn't high because the local Pinch A Penny pool store does free water analysis and i was given the okay just a week prior. We had also received a bit of rain in the interim so I knew that the alert was false.

Here is how I fixed the problem (so far).
1. Turn your unit off.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and wait for 2 minutes.
3. Unscrew the retaining nut at the electro-cell connector and unplug the connection.
4. Rotate the plug 180 degrees to reverse the polarity of the plug and re-connect to the electro-cell.
5. Reconnect the power cord to your receptacle.
6. Turn the unit on, wait for the green light to burn steady.
7. Monitor for the next 5-10 minutes.

My unit has worked flawlessly for 3 hours. If i receive another "code 92" alert i will repeat the procedure which will result in bringing the unit back to its original polarity.

Sorry to hear that you have been the victim of a common plague associated with the inter spa.
if your unit is no longer in warranty then you will have to buy the new head. The head being the part held in place by the three hex socket screws.
Remove the screws, lift the head and unplug the harness, when the new one arrives just install in reverse order.
this happened to me and my replacement head is still going strong three years later.
look up intel parts on the internet and find the part you need and order direct.
my replacement head cost $34 then.

You can check the inlet line where it comes from the pool... Their is a little sreening/filtering system in the the parts that screw together and connect the valve to the pool... When I unscrewed mine, it was jammed with bugs, leaves, green algea... That did the trick for me... I am sure you already changed/cleaned the filter in the filter/pump that comes before the Salt water system... That will cause low flow as well...

I assume you mean the motor start/run capacitor?

These can be obtained as a spare part from the machine manufacturer and the motor manufacturer (if different). Official spare parts tend to be very expensive.

Any capacitor of the correct value and working voltage will serve the purpose and in the case of a single component containing two capacitors then two separate components could be used. The main problem is non-OE components often don't physically fit well and require some modification to the mounting/wiring arrangements. Non-OE components can often be sourced from a motor specialist or good electrical factor.

If the component is marked with the maker's name and a part number it could be possible to obtain the correct part more cheaply direct from them.
